Position Overview
Stanley is seeking a dynamic, innovative and strategic leader to develop and implement comprehensive digital merchandising strategies that enhance user experience, increase conversion rates, and improve online sales performance. Using analytics and research to increase sales and improve customer engagement and brand perception. This position requires a blend of analytical rigor and creative thinking, with the ability to craft digital experiences that seamlessly guide customers through their purchasing journey while meeting complex business objectives.

Candidate thrives in building cross-functional relationships across marketing, product, design, and tech. Strong interpersonal skills, strategic agility, and a proactive approach to team dynamics are essential for success in this dynamic role.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic merchandising plans for the Stanley’s North American DTC channel
- Analyze website performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales data to inform merchandising decisions
- Create and drive an A/B testing program and implement conversion optimization strategies
- Manage product placement, promotions, and recommendation algorithms
- Create compelling visual merchandising experiences that drive customer engagement
- Monitor competitor websites and industry trends to identify innovative merchandising opportunities
- Develop and maintain product taxonomy and site navigation structures
- Generate comprehensive reports on merchandising performance and key business insights
Education And Experience
- 5+ years of proven experience working in an ecommerce/direct to consumer environment including website operations, merchandising, and operations.
- Expert-level proficiency in Shopify platform
- Advanced experience with web analytics platforms, specifically ContentSquare
- Proven track record in onsite experimentation and conversion rate optimization
- Strong ability to create detailed process documentation and SOPs, and a passion for operational excellence
- Demonstrated skill in balancing analytical insights with creative merchandising strategies with a passion for exploring consumer behavior and trends.
- Strong leadership and project management skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of the eCommerce landscape, including merchandising, and digital marketing channels.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and customer insights to optimize user experience and business performance.
The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$105,000—$135,000 USD
