Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to join our construction team in Corfu, for hotel construction-renovation project. The purpose is to supervise and coordinate the construction for the project's completion according to the specifications and schedule. If you have a background as a site engineer, adept at handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines, then the Mechanical/Electrical Engineer position is an ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the installation of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Ensure that all mechanical works comply with project specifications, safety regulations, and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
• Review construction and MEP drawings and technical specifications at every design stage.
• Monitor progress and report to the Construction Manager.
• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and technical evaluations for project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety among all personnel involved in the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3+ year of relevant experience in construction of hotel complex and building renovation.
• Excellent Greek and English language skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project).
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
