WITRON is seeking a dynamic and proactive Site Manager to spearhead our operations and maintenance initiatives. As a Site Manager you will: * Act as the primary liaison for customer relations, employee matters, and operational planning. * Lead daily meetings to promote open communication and collaboration between internal teams and customers. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and exceed customer service expectations. * Manage workforce planning and drive responsible labor costs to ensure efficient team structure. * Analyze operational KPIs to optimize maintenance activities and ensure system reliability. * Maintain a strong focus on safety and compliance with relevant policies and regulations. * Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure optimal system performance through preventive maintenance and spare parts management. * Drive operational excellence through process reviews, real-time feedback, and innovative problem-solving. * Mentor future leaders, promote open communication, and uphold company values. Requirements: * High school diploma or GED required; relevant post-secondary education preferred. * Minimum five (5) years' experience in a supervisory role; seven (7) years preferred. * Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or industrial sectors required. * Continuous walking, climbing, and standing. * Occasional domestic and/or international travel may be required. * Flexibility to work any shift and be on-call as needed. * Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines and project planning.
