Opportunity to join the most exciting development in Perth, working on over a billion dollars worth of work and a project pipeline of over eight years worth of work already confirmed.

They have a number of projects coming up in central locations and they require Site Manager's with head contractor experience to assist getting these projects out of the ground. Projects include high rise residential complex, community facilities, sporting facilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Effective onsite management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
• Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria’s of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance
• Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviors are aligned with company values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Supervise and coordinate all site activities including labour
• Ensure effective planning and communication of all activities
  
  

Desired experience:

• Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
• Experience working on commercial new build projects $80m+
• Proven experience as a Site Manager working on construction projects in Perth
• Proven experience of effectively managing a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety
