We are seeking a passionate and proactive Site Manager to take the lead on industrial projects for a well established Melbourne builder for more that 35 years. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on site, takes ownership of delivery, and is committed to quality craftsmanship.

About The Role

As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of site activities, subcontractors, and safety, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to an exceptional standard. You’ll work closely with a supportive project team that values communication, collaboration, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from groundworks through to handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on-site
• Enforce WHS compliance and site safety standards
• Liaise with the Project Manager and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Monitor timelines, cost control, and quality assurance
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial projects in Victoria
• Strong knowledge of local construction standards, building codes, and OH&S regulations
• Trade background or relevant tertiary qualification
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Tech-savvy with experience using construction management software
