Position:- Site Manager / Contract Supervisor- Data Centre Fitout

Location:- Northern Netherlands

Salary:- €70K - €80K DOE + package.

Data Centre / Large Scale project. Long term work.

Supervising the installation of modular white wall panels in worlds leading DS's including the following project scope:-

• Composite partitions and walk-on-ceilings
• Fire rated partitions & ceilings
• Fire rated & non fire rated doors
• Fire rated & air tight Penetration seals
• Wall protection
• Ceiling access ladders
• Air grilles
• LED lighting

You will need

• Trade qualification or construction management degree
• Proven experience in successfully off delivering DC / Life Sciences / Commercial projects.
• Experience in leading and directing project teams and effectively managing sub-contractors.
• Excellent People Management skills
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
