We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in tiles and stone, preferably within commercial or fit-out settings. Our client is a well-established market leader in the stone and ceramic fit-out sector, boasting a £15 million annual turnover and actively growing their team.\n\nRole Summary:\nThe Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing all on-site operations, ensuring the efficient coordination of supply chain processes, adherence to quality standards, and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction workflows and business operations.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Oversee daily site operations, including production, assembly, and logistics\n\n * Develop and execute strategies to maximise operational efficiency and output\n\n * Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation\n\n * Oversee supply chain activities, including inventory management and procurement\n\n * Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction\n\n * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives\n\n * Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement\n\n * Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance\n\nRequired Experience & Skills:\n\n * Minimum 2–3 years experience in stone and tilling, within commercial or fit-out projects\n\n * Proven track record in a Site Manager or equivalent leadership role on large construction sites\n\n * Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices\n\n * Familiarity with quality control systems and processes\n\n * Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team\n\n * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement\n\n * Proficient in business processes and financial management\n\n * Black CSCS card / Gold CSCS card\n\n * First Aid\n\n * SSSTS
