Athena Coding is a premier enrichment provider offering enrichment services in Lawrence, MA. We will be running STEAM and Music Programs at Lawrence elementary and middle schools. We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee operations for our enrichment services at Lawrence Schools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and experience working with an after-school enrichment program. Duties - Manage day-to-day operations of the programs - Hire, train, schedule/coordinate, and supervise instructors to ensure smooth functioning of the sites - Offer live support to instructors during classes - Collaborate with district partners to support student learning and development - Transfer class materials to and from sites - Substitute for instructors as needed Qualifications - Experience working with students, preferably in K-8 setting - Knowledge of education administration practices - Background in education teaching or related field - Ability to educate and mentor staff and students effectively - Familiarity with school policies and procedures Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM This position will be hybrid. Scheduling, interviewing, and training instructors can be done remotely, while you may have to be onsite in Lawrence up to 5 days of the week to oversee operations or deliver materials.
