Summary

Design & Build are excited to once again partner with one of Adelaide's thriving commercial construction companies. Over the last 2 years they've experience growth in headcount, location, project numbers, and project size.

We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed on one of their $10m - $15m projects within the broader Adelaide metro area.

Duties In Your Role Will Include

  • Full site set up
  • Management of all trades and subcontractors
  • Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
  • Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
  • Management of stakeholders both internally and externally

To be successful in your application you will require the following:

  • Minimum 4 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
  • Ideally you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
  • Strong management and coordination skills
  • Excellent understanding of OH&S
  • Ability to work autonomously
