Design & Build are excited to once again partner with one of Adelaide's thriving commercial construction companies. Over the last 2 years they've experience growth in headcount, location, project numbers, and project size.
We're currently looking for a Site Manager to be stationed on one of their $10m - $15m projects within the broader Adelaide metro area.
Duties In Your Role Will Include
Full site set up
Management of all trades and subcontractors
Ensure works are completed on time and to a high standard of quality
Management of all aspects of health and safety (OH&S)
Management of stakeholders both internally and externally
To be successful in your application you will require the following:
Minimum 4 years local experience as a Site Manager on commercial projects
Ideally you have worked across the full project cycle of an industrial, health or education project
Strong management and coordination skills
Excellent understanding of OH&S
Ability to work autonomously
