Job Title: Site IT Lead

Location: Barcelona

Contract Type: Permanent


We are looking for a Site IT Lead! In this role you are overall responsible to ensure the IT services consumed on site level are running as agreed and according to SLA, providing business support to prevent/solve issues, ensure IT business continuity and prepare business readiness for IT Projects.


What you will do:

As Site IT Lead, your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining local hardware and application infrastructure with a focus on security and timely issue resolution
  • Providing first-line support, including triage and diagnosis of IT issues at the site level
  • Acting as the main contact point for second and third-level support teams such as Global IT and local vendors
  • Overseeing site-specific contracts, including service level agreements, KPI monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement
  • Serving as a key liaison between Regional IT teams and local business stakeholders to promote global IT standards and practices


What we need from you:

  • Vocational education in IT
  • At least five years of experience in a similar IT role, ideally in an FMCG or matrixed environment
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Industrial LAN, on-premise hosting, and factory user devices
  • Solid understanding of networks, firewalls, and technical security risks
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • A proactive mindset and strong customer focus
