The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Site Head to lead and optimize business operations, driving service excellence through continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate executive presence, instil confidence, and inspire collaboration, leveraging their expertise to influence strategic business decisions effectively. In this role, you will oversee the Philippine Shared Services Site, encompassing HR, IT, Finance, and other critical support functions. Success in this position requires seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring the smooth execution of programs and the achievement of operational excellence.

• Implement business operation and service solutions utilizing continuous improvement processes.
• Liaise with support services groups to ensure effective program implementation.
• Oversee the entire operations to ensure all programs are synergized and aligned.
• Maintain a systematic, standardized, and updated process across programs for the various business solutions
• Address customer complaints and issues by escalating to the appropriate person and taking necessary actions.
• Design and manage quality and productivity programs to promote continuous improvement among team members.

The Successful Applicant

Applicants for the Site Head for Philippines role will possess the following attributes:

• Track record of success leading a shared service environment (“SSE”) or operation across a diverse set of finance functions, HR, IT and other support function
• Proven track record of establishing and managing a large team and shaping the work environment
• Proven experience in operations management, innovation and continuous improvement.
• Project Management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer care, finance, supply chain, IT, digital marketing, engineering, pricing, and data analytics is a plus.
