Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Civil Engineer at Nakhsha Builders in Mysore. The Site Civil Engineer will be responsible for civil engineering design, planning, stormwater management, and overseeing civil engineers on-site.

• Experience: 2 years of relevant experience in residential or commercial civil projects
• Education: Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil
• Salary: Based on candidate’s interview performance, experience, skills and previous drawn salary.
• Compliant to travel as per the job requirement

• Ability to work with labour team to complete projects within timeline
• Technical and practical civil knowledge

Key Responsibility Areas

1.   Daily stock management and labour update reporting.

2.   Coordination and execution works with labour team.

3.   Project management and supervision as per the plans and drawings provided.

4.   Reporting to the Project Manager pertaining to each data and update of the sites.

5.   Achieve maximum efficiency through quality of workmanship

Key Performance Indicators

1.   Execute projects within provided timeline.

2.   Work on cost cutting, budget and estimates for better planning

3.   Quantitative and qualitative civil projects

4.   Exposure to different situations, criteria and type of projects to enhance productivity.
