Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on Civil Site Engineer with 2–3 years of solid experience in commercial and industrial construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, interpreting technical drawings, preparing estimates and quotes, and ensuring smooth procurement and progress at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Read and interpret all civil and architectural drawings with accuracy

2. Execute construction work as per design, safety, and quality standards

3. Prepare quantity take-offs, estimates, and detailed project quotes

4. Source local materials efficiently and cost-effectively

5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams to get the work done on time

6. Maintain daily site reports and provide timely updates to management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (DCE / BE / B.Tech – Civil)

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial construction

• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings (civil, structural, MEP)

• Proficient in quantity take-offs, rate analysis, and preparing BOQs

• Experience in material procurement and vendor coordination at site level

• Knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and quality standards

• Capable of managing labor teams and subcontractors efficiently

• Familiar with basic software tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and Word

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to work independently and take ownership of site progress

• Multi-lingual ability preferred: Kannada, Hindi, English, Telugu, Tamil
