\nJob Summary:\n

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site-Based Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at our multi storey office building. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

  Manage day-to-day cleaning operations across the site.

• \n

  Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, including scheduling, training, and performance management.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and specifications are consistently met.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment within budget.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Liaise with site stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Handle any cleaning-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning checklists, incidents, and inspections.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and periodic tasks.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required.

  \n
\n

\nQualifications & Experience:\n

  Proven experience in a managerial cleaning role.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety, and cleaning best practices.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.

  \n
\n
• \n

  Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.

  \n
\n
