Role Description

This is an immediate hire, full-time hybrid role for a Site Acquisition Manager at The Celeris Group. The role will be located in Arlington, TX with the option for some work from home. We offer paid vacation and a competitive benefits package. The Site Acquisition Manager will be responsible for site acquisition, lease negotiations, site development to include compliance, A&E coordination, wireless networking, client database management, and overall project management. Qualifications

• Site Acquisition, Site Development, and Wireless Networking skills
• Lease Negotiations and Lease Administration skills
• Experience in real estate and telecommunications industry
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong understanding of Jurisdictional Requirements
• Ability to develop a site from Search Ring Issuance to Real Estate Completion
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field plus a minimum of 10 years industry experience
