Description
Actalent is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Simulation Engineering position. The candidate will have experience using Xpatch, DIRSIG or FLITES and other tools that simulate synthetic aperture radar (SAR), Infrared (IR) and other remote sensing data. Day-to-day responsibilities will be primarily focused around providing expertise and foundational experimentation for sensor phenomenology and exploitation. Projects can range from data processing and analysis to data fusion approaches for ML testing.

B.S Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
Proficiency in AI/ML Techniques
Prior experience developing code to process sensor data, apply computer vision, or signal processing algorithms
Experience with Digital Imaging and Remote Sensing Image Generation(DIRSIG), FLITES, or Xpatch
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively
Active TS Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAR applications
Experience with Scene Generation
Experience with Thermal sensor applications

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
