We are seeking an experienced Shopify Developer to lead theme development, app integrations, and performance optimization across our multi‑store Shopify ecosystem (DTC & B2B). The role requires deep knowledge of Liquid, Shopify 2.0 architecture, and modern front‑end practices, coupled with strong communication and project‑ownership skills.

Experience: 5+ Years

Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain Shopify 2.0 themes (Liquid, JSON templates, SCSS, ES6).
2. Implement & customize apps (e.g. Locksmith, Flow, Klaviyo, ReCharge).
3. Develop wholesale/B2B features: price lists, customer tags, draft orders, quick‑order flows.
4. Optimize performance (Lighthouse, CWV), SEO, and accessibility.
5. Integrate with external services via Storefront/Admin GraphQL & REST APIs.
6. Own Git‑based deployment pipeline, code reviews, and documentation.
7. Familiar with Shopify Functions & Checkout extensibility (discounts, shipping, validations)
8. Runs unit/snapshot tests, Theme Check and rigorous cross-device/browser QA
9. Communicates proactively with designers, marketers and ops teams

Requirements:

• Expert in Liquid (sections, snippets, filters) and Online Store 2.0 JSON templates
• Proficient with Shopify CLI v3 (theme init/dev/push), Theme Kit (legacy) and Theme Check linting
• Semantic HTML5 & responsive CSS/SCSS craftsmanship
• Solid JavaScript (ES6+) plus Alpine.js and basic React (Hydrogen)
• Consumes Admin & Storefront GraphQL APIs; sets up webhooks
• Optimizes Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, TBT) and audits app bloat (Lighthouse, Theme Inspector)
• Implements SEO best practices: JSON-LD, structured data, meta objects
• Handoff from design tools (Figma/Zeplin) for pixel-perfect implementation
