The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, its ecosystem, and best practices for e-commerce development. Responsibilities: Develop custom Shopify themes from scratch or customize existing themes to meet client requirements. Implement new features and functionalities using Shopify Liquid programming language, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Integrate third-party apps and APIs to extend Shopify's core functionality and enhance store capabilities. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate UI/UX designs into Shopify storefronts. Optimize Shopify stores for performance, speed, and mobile responsiveness. Conduct thorough testing to ensure cross-browser compatibility and smooth user experience. Manage Shopify store configurations, including product catalogs, collections, discounts, and inventory. Troubleshoot and debug issues related to Shopify setup, configuration, and customization. Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify updates, features, and best practices. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and team members as needed. Document technical specifications and maintain project documentation. Requirements: Proficient in Shopify development, including theme development, app integration, and store setup. Strong understanding of Shopify Liquid templating language. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery. Familiarity with responsive web design principles and mobile-first development.
