Shopify App Developer (2-3 Years Experience)

👩‍💻 What you’ll do

• Build, maintain, and optimize custom Shopify apps (public + private)
• Integrate seamlessly with Shopify APIs (REST + GraphQL) and external services
• Work closely with product, design & QA to turn ideas into polished merchant experiences
• Write clean, efficient code and uphold best practices
• Improve and scale existing apps while staying compliant with Shopify’s guidelines
• Use Shopify Polaris & App Bridge to deliver intuitive admin experiences
• Stay on top of new Shopify releases and features
• Contribute to team reviews, sprints, and continuous learning

✅ What you bring

• 2–3 years of Shopify app development experience (end-to-end)
• Deep knowledge of Shopify APIs, Liquid, and app architecture
• Solid backend skills — Node.js preferred, but open to others
• Front-end chops — React, JavaScript, Polaris
• Experience with webhooks, OAuth, authentication flows
• A good sense of UX for merchant-facing apps
• Bonus: App Store publishing experience, Shopify Plus, headless, Hydrogen

• Automated testing know-how
• DevOps / CI-CD / scalable deployment experience
• Contributions to Shopify dev communities (forums, GitHub etc)
