• Handle the processing trade contracts & other related docs preparation.

• Handle the requests of goods packing & transportation efficiently. Negotiate the packing & delivery on site, track the shipment status, summarize & record the logistics data.

• Complete the payment application and shipping paper transfer on time.

• Risk Management, Proactively identify and assess potential risks in our internal shipping processes that may impact cost , quality , delivery, or sustainability goals. Consult with other supply chain functions to mitigate risk and plans measures to address risks effectively.

• BA / BS in supply chain/ logistic discipline or significant industry experience. 物流/供应链学士学位或良好的行业经验。
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistic or operational procurement in a production environment. 至少5年生产环境中的物流和供应链经验。
• Proven experience with interfacing with all levels of internal management and supplier management with proven written, verbal, presentation, and organizational skills. 具有与各级内部项目，供应链和生产部门丰富的沟通的经验，具有良好的书面、口头、演示和组织技能。
• Strong organizational and communication skills. 丰富的组织和沟通能力。
