The Audi Exchange in Highland Park is looking for a Parts Inventory Shipping and Receiving clerk. This is an exciting opportunity to join a great team of industry professionals at a highly reputable dealership. We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual who would be able to assist with parts inventory, parts shipping, and parts receiving for the dealership.

Ideal candidate would be someone who is enthusiastic about the automotive industry, who is self-motivated, adaptable, has great attention to detail, great communicator and is well-versed in automotive parts. This is an hourly position, with pay starting at $17.00 per hour, with opportunities for merit based wage increases.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain parts inventory
• Fulfil shipping orders
• Ensure all parts received are in pristine condition, correct, and the accurate number was received.
• Check in and put away incoming new inventory
• Assist with various parts inventory management tasks
  
  

Job Requirements

• Automotive work experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• A respectful, team oriented person who is able to engage in conversation with everyone they meet.
• High school Diploma
• Computer proficiency is a must
• Previous experience with CDK is preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
