Summary
We are is seeking a capable and service-focused Shift Supervisor to support daily operations in our restaurants. This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in hospitality who’s ready to take on more leadership responsibility in an upscale environment. As the Shift Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team during service, ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and floor staff, and maintain the high standards expected by our membership.

Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead the front-of-house team during service, maintaining a calm, organized dining experience.
- Greet and interact with members and guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set and courses are timed correctly in coordination with the kitchen.
- Participate in pre-service meetings and help reinforce service standards and expectations.
- Respond to guest feedback or issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor the dining room’s appearance, ambiance, and cleanliness throughout service.
- Monitor adherence to dress code and grooming standards for all FOH staff.
- Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and inventory checks as needed.
Education, Certifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting.
- Deep understanding of service etiquette, wine service, and fine dining protocol.
- Impeccable interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership presence and attention to detail
Expected Work Hours
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- This is a seasonal position, running from May through October. The hours will vary based on the needs of the restaurant.
