Job Description

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team of employees during their assigned shift. They will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and that all employees are following company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of employees during their assigned shift
• Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
• Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist with training new employees
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
  
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
