Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our team at The New Village Pub, a lively sports bar and restaurant. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members during shifts.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure exceptional customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Handle cash and manage transactions accurately.

Qualifications:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and team-building skills.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Must be available to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

•⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of inventory and cash management.
