Job Description:

The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that customers are receiving high-quality service. The Shift Manager is also responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the restaurant during assigned shift
• Ensure that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently
• Manage inventory and order supplies
• Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
• Provide excellent customer service
• Train new employees
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Ensure that all safety and sanitation procedures are followed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
