Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Manager located in South Euclid, OH. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring team members provide outstanding service and food quality, and managing shift schedules. Responsibilities also include training and mentoring staff, handling customer concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and managing inventory and supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in staff management and team leadership
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math and finance skills for handling transactions and inventory management
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry preferred
