Job Description:
The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. They will manage and lead a team of employees to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Shift Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive excellent service and that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:

Train new employees and provide ongoing training to current employees
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure that all safety and sanitation procedures are followed
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures
