The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift. They are responsible for ensuring that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently, and that the restaurant is running smoothly. The Shift Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all customers are satisfied with their experience at the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of the restaurant during their assigned shift
Ensure that all employees are performing their duties correctly and efficiently

Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that arise
Train new employees and ensure that they are properly trained
Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained
Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements:
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Strong leadership skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
Ability to handle stressful situations
High school diploma or equivalent
