Key Responsibilities:
Train, develop, and mentor staff
Create a welcoming work and dining environment
Enforce food safety procedures
Maximize sales and profitability
Maintain QSC (Quality, Service, Cleanliness) standards
Protect the Wendy’s brand and assets
Lead by example and exceed guest expectations
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 18 years old
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Minimum 1 year of shift management experience (QSR or fast-casual preferred)
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
