We are looking for an Assistant Manager and Shift Managers to oversee all store operations, including welcoming and serving customers. ASM/SM responsibilities include delegating tasks to staff and maintaining proper inventory levels of products. If you have excellent organizational and team management skills and experience in the food industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us create a memorable experience for our guests and increase our profitability.
Responsibilities
Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance
Maintain a fully-stocked inventory
Assist with inventories, writing schedules
Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges
Balance the cash register at the end of the shift
Ensure customer satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints
Open or close the store (when responsible for the first or last shift)
Inform the next Shift Manager about pending tasks
Assist in training Sales Associates
Scoop and Bake Cookies
Decorate Cookie Cakes
Skills
Proven experience as a Assistant Manager or relevant role in a restaurant
Good knowledge of restaurant operations
Availability to work different shifts, including weekends
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping procedures
A customer service approach with the ability to manage complaints with professionalism
Excellent organizational skills
Team management abilities

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
