Your Role As a Shift Manager

You’re not just running a shift — you’re helping run the business. As a Shift Manager with Capital City McDonald’s, you’ll guide the team, manage the flow of the day, and keep things moving smoothly. You’ll coach crew members, support restaurant goals, and deliver an exceptional experience to every guest, every time.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Leading your shift with confidence and focus
• Delivering excellent food safety, quality, and cleanliness
• Driving guest satisfaction through strong service and crew engagement
• Managing safety, inventory, and daily maintenance
• Supporting new hire training and development
• Collaborating with the next Shift Manager for a smooth handoff
• Helping your assigned Department meet performance goals
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership experience (restaurant, retail, or hospitality a plus)
• A positive, people-first attitude and a hands-on leadership style
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be 18+ and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
