Dogtopia of Bloomington, the industry leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services has an immediate opening for an energetic, organized, professional individual to join and lead our team as a full-time shift manager. This is a key role within our business and we work hard to deliver top customer service and ensure a great environment for the dogs in our care. Applicant must be available for shift times from 6:30am to 2pm or 12pm to 7:30pm as well as some weekends. Operational work Occasionally work and constantly monitor playrooms to maintain a safe level of play for dogs in an open play environment Monitor canine coaches to ensure proper protocols are being followed consistently Training and teaching our standards to new and existing employees Cleaning the playrooms, spa, and facility Desired skills: Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment! Communication skills Customer service skills Leadership and teamwork skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude through adversity Computer skills - proficient in microsoft products and basic computer operations What you get Wage starting at $15.50/hour for training period, $16/hour after training is complete and opportunity for raise potential Flexible scheduling and hours Training on all dog skill sets - understanding behaviors, spa services, and dog communication Bring your dog to work!
