Our specialty and focus is on salads. Our guests are able to custom design their own personal salads. The guest chooses from over 25 toppings and dressings - and determines if their salad will be tossed or chopped. Our Salad Chef then 'builds' the salad to the guest's exact specifications - giving the guest The Big Salad unique experience!
The Big Salad also offers signature entree salads - all made to order by our Salad Chefs. A variety of soup and sandwich options complete our healthy menu.

Responsibilities:
- Work 6-8 hour shifts, 4-6 days per week
- Manage daily operation of the restaurant to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Manage catering events
- Complete weekly inventory control
- Adhere to The Big Salad's policies, procedures, and checklists
- Maintain the highest standards of excellence in quality control for food, service, health, and safety
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and training to motivate and inspire team members
