Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ardmore, PA for a Shift Leader. The Shift Leader will oversee daily operations ensuring high-quality customer service and food preparation standards. Tasks include supervising team members, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling customer inquiries and concerns. The Shift Leader will also be responsible for training and developing team members to maintain sweetgreen’s standards.
