Windsor, Ontario location.
What You Will Do As a Shift Lead
You will for responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of a retail store during assigned shifts. The Shift Lead will motivate and guide the store team, ensure exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain the store's visual merchandising standards. How You Will Make a Difference
- Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, providing guidance, coaching and support on assigned shifts.
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively, ensuring smooth store operations during shift.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Achieve sales targets by motivating the team to provide exceptional sales experiences.
- Train and coach associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Ensure the store is clean, always organized and visually appealing.
- Provide outstanding customer service from initial greeting to the final sale.
- Foster Assess customer needs and provide expert advice about available products.
- Demonstrate features and benefits of any product which may complement the sale.
- As part of the store team, maximize store sales by consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Close sales positively to build customer relationships.
- Responsible for the store’s opening and closing procedures.
- Continually increase knowledge of products, services, promotions, events and store layout.
- Assist with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe, clean and well organized.
- Understand and follow all pertinent store operations policies and practices including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution.

Skills For Success
- Must have 1-2 years retail experience
- Good decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; strong sense of customer service
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and willing to take on new challenges
- Mature attitude and a strong work ethic are essential
- Excellent team player and able to work with people on all levels
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on occasion
