We are looking for a results driven Shift Lead to be responsible for the overall shift management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Shift Lead responsibilities may include supervising bakers and other staff while continuing to produce on the floor. Food service industry experience in fast paced, customer focused food service environment is highly desired.

Must be able to work a consistent schedule of 35 hours or more per week (including weekends)

Responsibilities & Expectations
Oversight of all stations while on shift - knowledge of the flow of each station - know how each station should run their flow and keep up to best possible standards/metrics
Assist Managers in keeping store metrics at company benchmarks
Ensuring adherence of all bakers to corporate/company standards - includes uniforms, appropriate dressing techniques, mixing techniques, corporate policies, etc.
Communication w/ GM - includes weekly meetings, daily game planning, staff issues, etc.
Constructively Reprimanding and writing up bakers when necessary and appropriate
Handle customer service issues, complaints and issuing of refunds
Trouble shooting tech and door dash issues
Assist managers and implementing new processes or corporate updates
