Responsibilities
Consistently checking products to ensure consistency and quality
Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, and accommodations
Receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity
Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and garnishing and presentation of food to ensure company standards
Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance, or safety
Maintain food and equipment inventories
Train new employees and evaluate employee performances
Cash register counts
Adhere to opening and closing procedures and maintain accompanying records
Requirements
Must at least be over the age of 18
Previous managerial experience
Critical thinking skills
Communication and active listening skills
Ability to lead a shift with anywhere between 2-6 team members
Ability to work at least 20+ hours weekly
Must have working Smart Phone
