Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Engineer located in Chennai. The Shift Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, conducting maintenance checks, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring a safe working environment. • Mechanical or Electrical Engineering skills
• Experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety protocols

• Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in property management is a plus
