The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture, customization, and integration, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and forms using [SharePoint versions, e.g., SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2019]. Customization: Customize and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and pages to meet business needs. Integration: Integrate SharePoint with other systems and databases, including third-party applications and services. Solution Design: Create detailed technical specifications, solution designs, and documentation for SharePoint solutions. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint environments, including performance problems, bugs, and user support requests. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals. Best Practices: Follow and promote best practices for SharePoint development, including coding standards, security practices, and version control. Upgrades and Migrations: Assist with SharePoint upgrades, migrations, and patch management as required. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer) are a plus. Experience: Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong portfolio of SharePoint projects. Experience with [specific SharePoint versions or tools] is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint development technologies, including SharePoint Designer, PowerShell, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and .NET framework. Knowledge: Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, including site collections, content types, and web parts. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
