SharePoint Developer

The SharePoint Platform Application developer will support the ATI Global Enterprise’s current and future needs related to the SharePoint related services. This person will work within an IT product team to design and develop solutions that are fit for need and purpose within the domain of SharePoint, MS Teams, and Power Automate tool sets. This may include creation of librarys, sites, workflow automation, reporting, and data integration. These solutions will need to be aligned to architecture, security, and support standards and governance. This role will require a strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft tools including SharePoint, Teams, Power automate, OneDrive, and O365.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Design and Development: Design and develop SharePoint applications, Automation flows, and libraries that meet user needs and adhere to best practices.
• Data Integration and Management: Integrate data from various sources (internal and external) using connectors and custom APIs as necessary.
• Workflow Automation: Implement Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements for SharePoint solutions.
• Ensure all solutions meet high security standards, implement appropriate access controls, and comply with organizational policies.
• Provide support and maintenance for developed solutions, including bug fixes and performance optimization.
• Review drafted use cases, user stories, data dictionary, database schema, to present a design recommendation for the best solution that will support the current business needs and is dynamic to support future needs.
• Oversee testing and develops fixes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering)
• 5+ years of relevant experience with developing SharePoint applications (SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint online)
• Working in an agile development team and process
• Knowledge and experience with Security tools to classify and control information such as Microsoft Purview.

Desired Experience:

• Proficient in developing SharePoint applications and support end user needs.
• Integrating with enterprise data sources and Access management tools

Power Automate:

• Building workflows involving multiple connectors and APIs.
• Orchestrating multi-step processes across platforms.

MS Teams

• Knowledge and experience with MS Teams development and support
