Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Online Developer with a strong background in SharePoint migrations using ShareGate, as well as experience developing and customizing solutions on the SharePoint Online platform. The ideal candidate will have over five years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including modern site architecture, Power Platform integration, and governance implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including custom web parts, site templates, workflows, and modern pages.

• Lead and execute migration projects from legacy SharePoint (on-premises or other platforms) to SharePoint Online using ShareGate.

• Customize and configure SharePoint Online using PowerShell, PnP PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Develop business automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.

• Perform site architecture redesigns, metadata structuring, and permissions management.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective SharePoint solutions.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint performance, access, and configuration.

• Ensure SharePoint governance policies and best practices are adhered to across the organization. • Provide technical documentation and user training where necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration (SharePoint Online and/or On-Prem).

• Proven experience with ShareGate for content migration and reporting.

• Hands-on experience with PnP PowerShell, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx.

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online architecture, site collections, hub sites, content types, and modern site features.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and Azure AD permissions.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate or equivalent.

• Experience with data governance, compliance, and retention policies.

• Background in working within Agile/Scrum project environments.

• Familiarity with third-party tools and connectors beyond ShareGate
