Job Summary: We are seeking a SharePoint Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint. This role requires a developer with hands-on experience in SharePoint configuration, customization, and development, as well as a good understanding of integrating SharePoint with other business applications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and Develop SharePoint Sites and Solutions: Create, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites, subsites, lists, libraries, and other site elements. Customize SharePoint pages, views, and forms to support business requirements. 2. Custom Development and Scripting: Develop custom web parts, workflows, forms, and solutions using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Use client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery). 3. Data and Document Management: Implement best practices for document management, data integrity, and security within SharePoint. Create and manage metadata, taxonomy, and content types for efficient data organization and retrieval. 4. Workflow Automation: Design and automate business processes using SharePoint workflows and Power Automate, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual tasks. 5. Integration and Migration: Integrate SharePoint with other applications, including Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Outlook), and third-party applications as required. Participate in SharePoint migration projects, helping to move content and configurations to newer SharePoint versions or environments. 6. Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve issues related to SharePoint configurations, performance, and functionality. Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint tools, features, and best practices. 7. Documentation and Best Practices: Document development processes, customizations, and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing. Follow industry best practices and company policies for security, development, and data governance.
