About the Role - Professional qualifications:

• Responsibilities -
• Experience: Proven experience in Backend infrastructure with large IT infrastructures and the knowledge of how to maintain.
• Problem Solving: Ability to solve customer problems through SharePoint, MS SQL Databases, Data Management, Backup & Restore, Reporting & Monitoring in a large IT environment.
• Collaboration and Communication: Acknowledged for driving decisions collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow-through with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentation skills targeting small-to-medium-size audiences (technical staff, IT management).
• Consultant: Ability to consult different internal & external teams in questions of IT infrastructure and how to implement solutions with a view on the whole life cycle.

• Required Skills -
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Infrastructure design.
• Deep understanding of SharePoint Infrastructure processes.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft-based Solutions and Infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft SQL & data management.
• Extensive SharePoint background (boundaries and limits, platform capabilities, performance counters, KPI measurement, and so on).
• Preferred Skills - Nice to have: Experience with Microsoft cloud platforms and services: Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure. Nice to have: Knowledge of one or more architecture modelling notations, such as BPMN and(or) UML.
