What I Do

• Implementation of business requirements in SharePoint / Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate) and integration of new applications into the existing infrastructure
• Development, customization and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, Power Platform, and other tools and technologies.
• Conception, design and implementation of individual web parts, workflows, lists, forms and other user-defined functionalities.
• Integration of SharePoint with other systems and platforms, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams and third-party applications such as MondayCoffee.
• Ensuring the quality, performance and scalability of the developed solutions through comprehensive testing and code optimization.
• Monitoring of the workflow engine
• Rapid recovery of the application in the event of faults
• Advising and supporting internal teams in the use and adaptation of SharePoint functions and features.
• Documentation of solution architectures, development processes and best practices.
  
  

What I Need For It

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing SharePoint solutions, ideally in an enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, SharePoint REST API, PowerShell, Power Automate and other relevant SharePoint technologies.
• Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Good understanding of SharePoint architectures, best practices and security policies.
• Team-oriented approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, structured way of working and the ability to work effectively in an agile environment.
• Very good written and spoken English skills, German skills appreciated.
• Willingness to occasionally travel abroad.
  
  

Advantageous additional qualifications:

• Certifications in SharePoint development (e.g. Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer Associate).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Knowledge of developing SharePoint Online solutions and cloud-based architectures.
• Experience with DevOps practices and continuous integration and deployment tools.
