Execute and complete all plans and tasks formulated by the company. Fully cooperate with the Sales Director of the Greater Central Region to accomplish the sales tasks and goals of disinfection products.
Implement Thor Disinfection's annual growth plan in China. Fully achieve and surpass the annual growth targets, covering sales volume, sales revenue, and profit margin.
Maintain existing customer relationships and business. Actively explore new customers, new projects, and promote new products to steadily expand the customer base.
Organize the technical service team and customer service team to offer high-quality services to existing customers and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
Closely collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to regulate product prices. Propose corresponding price strategies in light of the competitive landscape and market changes to achieve and exceed the company's profit margin goals.
Manage distributors, ensuring they cooperate in implementing the company's sales strategies and growth plans. Strengthen customer relationships and services, control customer complaints. Urge agents to actively develop new customers and promote new products, and submit authentic monthly sales reports to truthfully report on the market situation.
Be familiar with the company's product features, as well as the products and dynamics of major competitors. Possess a certain level of financial knowledge and good business negotiation skills to assist agents in developing new customers.
Have excellent communication skills. Be able to motivate and guide agents to promote the company's products more actively and attentively. Demonstrate good business acumen and market insight to develop new customers and new markets.
Understand the market situation and customer needs. Closely cooperate with technical service personnel to meet various service requirements and testing needs of customers. At the same time, be aware of market trends and customer pain points.
Improve Forecast accuracy. Closely cooperate with the supply chain and factories to improve various logistics indicators such as Inventory and Slow moving.
Actively cooperate with the Finance Manager to monitor the accounts receivable of direct customers and agents. Fully achieve the company's AR and DSO targets.
Have the ability to communicate actively and efficiently with colleagues from other departments of the company and cooperate with their work.
