Summary

Job Title: SFDC Technical Architect

Location: Dallas / Atlanta- 3 days onsite

Job Description: 

Responsibilities:

•            Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into scalable and robust technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

•            Design and architect complex Salesforce solutions involving multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, etc.), integrations, and custom development.

•            Define and maintain the overall technical architecture, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, Salesforce guidelines, and company standards.

•            Lead technical design sessions and workshops, providing guidance and mentorship to developers and other team members.

•            Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate technical feasibility and demonstrate solutions to stakeholders.

•            Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.

•            Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, continuously evaluating and recommending new technologies and approaches.

•            Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.

•            Designing Complex CPQ templates in efficient manner.

Qualifications:

•            Bachelor’s degree in computer science with at least 12+ years of SFDC experience, 8+ years as technical architect.

•            Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its various clouds.

•            Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.

•            Extensive experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including integrations with external systems.

•            Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.

•            Experience with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git.

•            Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

•            Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect) are highly desirable.
