RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business requirements and design high-level CRM solutions using Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud).
  • Architect secure, scalable IT solutions integrating various platforms and technologies.
  • Ensure alignment with IT governance, regulations, and performance standards.
  • Present technical vision and architecture to stakeholders across business, development, and operations.
  • Guide development and implementation phases with high-level technical leadership.
  • Collaborate with business teams to understand customer needs and define unified data flows and transformations.
  • Document Salesforce architecture, automations, and processes using SparX and Confluence.
  • Lead technical discussions and ensure clear cross-team communication.
  • Stay up to date on Salesforce Customer 360 capabilities.



REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science/Engineering (Master’s a plus).
  • 7+ years in CRM architecture or similar senior roles.
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce platforms (Marketing, Data, Loyalty, Service Cloud).
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.
  • Experience with Mulesoft and API integrations with external systems.
  • Knowledge of data governance, cybersecurity, and data quality.
  • Experience implementing loyalty programs (tiers, points, redemptions, vouchers) in Loyalty Cloud.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and campaign management.
  • Understanding of cloud-based deployments, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines (bonus).
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence.
