What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and update the digital content to ensure accuracy and relevance as per the requirements.
• Contribute to hands-on CMS preparation for localization and web production.
• Meet and work with the business to validate needs and craft web solutions to meet those needs.
• Input and manage metadata for various content types, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards. Keep a track on all the activities performed for the day.
• Work within a team and take ownership in various activities. Actively participate in calibration, team hurdles and share suggestions.
• Identifying and troubleshooting technical issues impacting customer experience.
• Give attention to the daily process and share the challenges with supervisors for improvement.
  
  

What You Seek In You

• Minimum 2 to 3 years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Experience in the SFCC (Salesforce Commerce Cloud) on how to manage the products/catalogs, Category assignment.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud in product catalogs, promotions & campaigns.
• Deep understanding of how Order, Promotions, Price Books, Shipping methods, Site Preferences and Administration functions work in Business Manager (Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Managing product listings and updates on the storefront.
• Also, replicating the changes to the production.
• Experience working in a different sandbox.
• Importing/Exporting the Catalog/Campaigns/Promotions.
• Updating the content via bulk process using the XML, CSV files.
• Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing.
• Working Knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
• Knowledge of web standards.
• Working knowledge of Digital Marketing
