Job Summary: The Set-up Technician - Molding & Validation is responsiblefor the efficient and precise setup, adjustment and maintenance of injection molding machines.

This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth transition between production runs and validations, minimizing downtime, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, company and health & safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures Job Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday, Saturday's when required.

Total comprehensive benefit and pension package Employee Assistance Program Paid Lunch Rotational Shifts (Days, Afternoons,) Qualification: Knowledge of arithmetic, geometry and their applications Strong mechanical aptitude with the capability of recognizing and solving problems Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times Ability to readily determine the correct tools and equipment needed to do a job Must be able to adapt and welcome change in a positive manner Capable of being certified to operate heavy equipment such as a forklift and crane (installing molds of up to100,000 lbs) Working Conditions: Must be able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms and/or legs Must be able to lift heavy material (ex.
