ServiceNow Solutions Architect / Lead
Desired candidate will serve as ServiceNow Solutions Lead, who will help us support the following activities:
• Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise
• Lead and deliver requirements, scoping and design workshops, ensuring requirements are well documented
• Provide expert level support and technical mentoring to implementation team
• Maintain deep, comprehensive knowledge of ServiceNow’s capabilities and constraints.
• Recognize and develop opportunities to leverage ServiceNow as a platform.
• Scoping and delivering Proof of Concept / Proof of Value engagements with prospects
• 10+ years IT industry experience and 5+ years of relevant experience from specified domain
• Knowledge of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, BCM applications & integrations, Platform performance and monitoring, Platform upgrades
• Experience of working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
• Sound Technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform
• Relevant ServiceNow certification eg. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• Glide Scripting & Javascript programming experience
• Good communication Skills
• Web Services, HTML, CSS, XHTML, Workflow and UI development and Service Portal Concepts
• ITIL certification
• Working experience in Agile model
• Prior experience of working for US and UK based customers

• Detail-oriented individual with good analytical skills.
• Strong problem solving skills, including providing simple solutions to complex situations.
• Must be a strong team player with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a geographically disperse working environment
• Good Communication skills to handle major incident calls and releases.
• Should be good with analytics and presentations
